Rock Hound SP, Day Two

We always enjoy our time at Rock Hound. Mary loves to hike  the hills and collect rocks, I enjoy the view across the valley towards Demming.

First stop is always the visitor center to see the displays and learn what the area has to offer.

Yes, that is snow, couldn't believe it but it's true, snow right here in New Mexico.
