COOP DOOR

We thought it was to be a wet rainy day yesterday but the sun came out and hung around until suppertime. That was fine with us as we needed to work on the chicken coop.

In the morning I built the door up at the house where I had electricity and a flat deck to work on.

After lunch we attached the chicken wire to the south wall and hung the door. Of course our laying hens were underfoot checking out our progress and inspecting the new facilities.

Then the wind picked up, black clouds rolled in and it was time to put the tools away. The ground is now soaked so tomorrow we will finish installing the chicken wire and figure out some way to cover the roof.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANADA !
