Yesterday I built the six window frames needed for our raised garden beds.
It was a simple task of cutting the 2x2s to length and then attaching the corners with plywood braces. Yes a work table would have bee helpful but there just wasn't room on the deck.
These tools made the job so easy and accurate. Power tools today have come a long way from my father's day. Any power tool he may have had was a plugin which meant extension cords all over the work area. Today battery powered tools make the job a breeze.
Today I will get two coats of stain on the frames and tomorrow get them installed on the garden beds. Our vegetables are growing and need these covers so this job needs to get done a.s.a.p.
Time to open the paint can.
