MEMORIES

It's a rainy day here in the north. It's been raining for three days. Our batteries are down to 78% and Mary is going through boxes. She's looking for old clothes, very old clothes from the farm as she has to host an evening tea at Graphite Camp when we get back in November. 

The theme of the tea is Victorian style. Every time she finds an old item she brings it out and of course it brings back lots of memories. 

She found a black dress and hat from the farm. Out they came and I reminisced about my farm memories.

Then she found her wedding dress and we talked about the fun our girls had using it in the dress-up box when they were little. More memories of the day it was first worn.

and this Halloween costume I bought for Owen 10 years ago. Yes, we were thinking of grandkids long before they were on the scene.
