HOMEMADE TOASTED DANISH

It's impossible to lose weight when such tasty treats come out of Mary's kitchen.


First thing Monday morning she was busy rolling out the dough, folding it  and rolling it again several times until she had the right consistency. This was placed to cool until she was ready to cut, shape and add the fruit and cheese before baking. So delicious I couldn't stop at one. Tomorrow it's back to the diet.

    I saw a YouTube video where you and your lovely wife were featured discussing your off the grid home. It was extremely interesting and had to look up your blog to know more. I wanted to say hello. I will be looking forward to your next blogs.

    Thanks for the kind words. Hope you enjoy the blog. Our solar system on our Airstream was installed in Texas by Paul Mayeux.He is near Dallas and does fabulous restorative work on Airstream trailers. Texans are wonderful people.

    Saw your video on YouTube about how you manage to living off grid all by your own. . Very inspiring to see as i was also wondering to have a small house with veggies n fruits grown in own yard after i get retirement from my job. .Soo good to see you both.. Love (urvashi sarang from India)

      Hi Urvashi Sarang; Glad you found our video and enjoyed it. I was in India several years ago and was so kindly treated by everyone. Loved all the noise, colour and food; driving was a little crazy though.
