AWAY FROM HOME
We are on the road visiting family and spending fun time with our grand-kids. It's the best reason for taking a road trip.
We spent the weekend camped at Valens Lake Conservation Area close to Hamilton. The park is large and well maintained with over 300 campsites and a large public picnic area for day use only. My only complaint is ....... no internet service is available in the park; hence the long delay in writing.
We walked the boardwalk and explored the shoreline looking for fish or ducks but only saw frogs and salamanders.
This fellow was enjoying an early more paddle through the marsh.
Lots of hiking trails throughout the park. If you are needing a camping spot near Hamilton be sure to check out Valens Lake Conservation Area.
Safe travels everyone.
