This morning we baked four loaves before 8 am. Two were walnut/honey and the others were sprouted mixed grains, every slice delicious.
The round trays in the foreground are used to shape the dough as it rises.
The dough in the glass dish is our pizza dough, made with real Italian 00 flour. We hope to get four pizzas from that one ball. That will be our lunch later today.
I'll post more pictures once the pizzas are out of the oven.
