SUMMER DAYS

Summer up here kicks off with the classic car show held last Friday.

The weather was perfect, the crowd large and the cars and trucks enjoyed by everyone.

Saturdays we always enjoy visiting the local farmers' markets,

along with a picnic by the lake.

Fishing also needs to be on the agenda.

Here Mary fishes from a bridge but the only fish caught were by the kids fishing from the other side.

Came across these old tourist cabins which may have been popular back in the 30s.

Finished the day with a delicious meal on the patio at Spectacle Lake Lodge; no bugs, a beautiful view and delicious smoked beef tenderloin. It was a perfect way to celebrate another anniversary.
