ICE COVERED


Woke this morning to see winter had returned; everything was ice covered. A rather nasty surprise as we are so ready for summer to arrive.


This isn't camping weather and we want to leave in 6 weeks. I think we should head to Florida now.

Today I will enjoy the fire and keep the house warm. Mary is busy fermenting cabbage. Always something to do up here.

    Hi Lori;

    Mary makes lac-to fermented vegetables which is similar to sauerkraut. Very healthy and delicious with so many dishes.
