GARLIC
Mary planted a lot of garlic in the fall and and we will enjoy a bountiful harvest this July. It is one crop the deer and mice stay away from and we use a considerable amount in our cooking. It has a lot of health benefits including: boosting your immune system, full of antioxidants, anti- inflammatory properties as well as other benefits.
Slowly we are seeing spring arrive.
