Deep Freeze

If you look closely you can see a slight white covering on the grass, FROST! Yesterday we discovered frozen water pipes but no need to worry; once the sun was up and on the water hose everything quickly thawed and we were back in business.

Besides trying to eat healthy foods, walk each morning and take our vitamins, Mary also does her bounce routine. This is especially good for your lymphatic system, detoxing, balance and your joints. I was surprised how difficult it was when I tried to balance on one leg standing on solid ground, let alone trying to skip and bounce at the same time on the re-bounder. If you think you might like to incorporate one in your exercise routine  don't buy the $40.00 ones. Your ankles will hurt and you won't use it. Get one with a quality cover and springs.
Next week we are attending an Airstream Rally here in Texas with a Christmas theme. Everyone is to bring Christmas cards for one of the activities. Buying Christmas cards wasn't acceptable for Mary; you know how creative she is, so off to the craft store we went. Back at the campsite Mary was soon busy with her creations.
From a blank sheet to a one-of-a-kind beautiful creation in just a few minutes.

Can you see the "Airstream" trailer parked in the woods?

The final picture is proof that I do use the re-bounder.

Next week we are on the road and I have no idea about wifi connections so daily reports may suffer.
Have a great day.
