FOUR LOAVES

This morning we are baking bread. This is one of four loaves waiting to go into the oven.

Carol suggested using parchment paper to make lifting them from the proofing basket into the cast-iron pot. It makes the job so much easier.

First two out and cooling, other two in being baked. The house smells like a bakery.
