Today I'll try and give you a better understanding of Quartzsite. This town in southern Arizona has become a mecca for "RVers" for the past 40 years. Warm climate (usually), cheap camping on LTV (Long Term Visitor) BLM (Bureau of Land Management) land, tons and tons of stuff at the "flea markets" all over town and of course the wide variety of RVs and people one see here, all make it a unique place to visit or stay for the winter.
Our spot, looking out our front door.
As I mentioned above, you see it all and some people tow everything but the kitchen sink. Yes I know they have the kitchen sink but it's inside being used.
This is the entrance road into our camping area. You need to pass the visitor's kiosk and show your permit.
Another view from our trailer. Not bad for $3.00/night.
Today we are going into Quartzsite to look around and check out the "flea market". I'll add some pictures tonight or maybe do another blog.
