Peterborough

Started today in Peterborough. After breakfast, we visited Sean and borrowed his truck to drive to Bancroft.

Peterborough has many beautiful buildings and it is gratifying to see many undergoing restoration. So many of our heritage buildings seem to suddenly disappear here in Ontario........ such a shame.

The sun was shining as we left Peterborough and headed north to Bancroft. We always enjoy the drive, once north of Peterborough, regardless of the season, temperature or precipitation.
As you can see, we are still clearing the property, and there is always lots of brush to burn,

Unfortunately the clouds rolled in, with rain and so our burning time was cut short. Tomorrow we will post pictures of our location for this week.
